3) Be Precise: There is nothing worse that going to the main page of a web site, and still not knowing what the web site is actually about. Make sure your welcome page is to the point. It can not be said enough: be precise.
4) Give Insight: Another way to grab your readers attention, is to bring up a few links within your site. Share your best work. It’s akin to putting your best foot forward.
5) Be Passionate: If your writing, and overall style on your page looks boring, chances are it is boring. Work on it until you have a passionate landing page that even you get excited about.
