A major downfall that I often face is keeping my work organized. A simple answer is keeping a work binder or an online calendar that helps remind of you of what needs to be done next.
For example, if you want to update your web site three days a week, you can have a notification sent to your e-mail each day that you wish to update it. These simple notifications will not only remind you, but also hold you accountable since you will have the reminder sitting in your inbox!
Another great tip, is to keep a work journal or workbook. At the beginning of each work week, write down at least three to five goals for yourself to accomplish. Then, at the end of the week go over what you did and what you need to finish in order to get everything accomplished.
If you can remember that time is money, you will be much more likely to get more done!
Staying organized and focused on your work will help things flow smoothly and freely for your work loads!
