Limit your starch. Many people will find that if they restrict their daily intake of bread, potatoes, and other starches, they see dramatic improvement in their weight fluctuation.
Taking on these tips to lose stomach fat can be tough. to motivate yourself to get started, make small goals throughout the week. Write them down and post them where they can be easily seen. On your fridge or taped to your computer.
