In some work at home positions, you will need or want to have your own business card. But, printing off business cards can get costly, fast. Over the years we’ve tried a few different options. At this point, I don’t really need them anymore, but I thought I’d share with you a few money saving ideas on business cards!
- Do you know a student in high school or college that is studying design? More than likely they would be willing to do it for a fraction of the cost. Most students are always looking for ways to build up their portfolio. Even better, exchange the design of their card for a link on your web site sharing their own work.
- Always keep a look at for major discounts through online print companies. Many of the larger companies will offer free business cards as long as you pay for S&H. However, keep in mind, these business cards will have the companies name printed on the back.
- Learn to create your own .You can download free software that will take you through a step by step process of designing your own program. If you have a good enough printer, you can print them on card stock, then cut them yourself.
