As always finding inspiration with quotes galore (it’s a weakness, can you tell?)
I do intend to take to heart all the lessons I have learned over the past few months. And use the good to continue on my dream of a freelance life and Work At Home Business. So far, every step has been a learning experience. Each website and blog has been a process of learning. Learning from mistakes, and learning from success. I hope to carry on these lessons with new adventures and learning opportunities.
Mistakes over the year were many. But each failure was a lesson learned in perseverance. Many a success was founded as well. And each lesson was accepted with grace and humility…and knowing it takes a lot of wrong turns before you make the right one. Life is not always perfect, even in the work at home world. The important thing is what you do with those mistakes. Instead of wallowing in self pity or anger, I learned to chalk each experience up for another lesson and learned, and moved on with the application. That application which I like to call a “life lesson”. And each time, the mistakes can be avoided the next time and replaced with a sucess that works for my business and lifestyle.
Working from home took over 6 months of building up several different areas of sucess that I could compete in to earn an income. Taking the giant step of working in a 9-5 office environment, and going to a Work At Home career has been filled with sacrifices, late hours, and many changes. It meant spending free time, lunch breaks and days off were often peppered with building up my work profile.
But every step along the way has been well worth it! Now, finally…leaving the dream life. I can work at home, or coffee shop, in the morning or at night (sometimes both!). Regardless I have a flexible schedule that can be maneuvered to fit my families lifestyle.
