Life really gets hectic. A spouse get sick, a family member needs help, your sibling moves off to college…and the list goes on. Work at home goals and ideas easily fall to the wayside. So I am going to focus on finding inspiration, and reworking my goals list to keep motivated, even in the midst of super busy and hectic schedules.
So, what can inspire a work at home entrepreneur? First, those who have been successful in their own lives. So here’s a quick peak into their own words of encouragement…which I happen to think is perfect for work at home folks.
“I know the price of success: dedication, hard work, and a devotion to the things you want to see happen.” –Frank Lloyd Wright
“I long to accomplish a great and noble tasks, but it is my chief duty to accomplish humble tasks as though they were great and noble. The world is moved along, not only by the mighty shoves of its heroes, but also by the aggregate of the tiny pushes of each honest worker.” –Helen Keller
“I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed.” –Michael Jordan
“You cannot tailor make your situation in life, but you can tailor make your attitudes to fit those situations.” –Zig Ziglar
“Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds.” –Albert Einstein
“The fact is, that to do anything in the world worth doing, we must not stand back shivering and thinking of the cold and danger, but jump in and scramble through as well as we can.” –Robert Cushing
“Always have a book at hand, in the parlor, on the table, for the family; a book of condensed thought and striking anecdote, of sound maxims and truthful apothegms. It will impress on your own mind a thousand valuable suggestions, and teach your children a thousand lessons of truth and duty. Such a book is a casket of jewels for your housebold.” — Tryon Edwards
“The question for each man to settle is not what he would do if he had means, time, influence and educational advantages; the question is what he will do with the things he has. The moment a young man ceases to dream or to bemoan his lack of opportunities and resolutely looks his conditions in the face, and resolves to change them, he lays the corner-stone of a solid and honorable success.”
–Hamilton Wright Mabie
And one of the best gems of the day, a quote from Patrick Henry….
“I like the dreams of the future better than the history of the past.” –Patrick Henry
So with all the pressures of every day life, and especially with those that are geared towards success in the work at home market, it’s awesome to keep motivational quotes to live by. And with that I should probably get busy working on the website, and applying new tips and tricks to my work at home success route, eh?
