Once you have your website up and running, not to mention a variety of articles for your readers, you may be asking, “What’s next”? That’s okay, we all come to that point. I know I did!
My next piece of advice would be to set up a Google AdSense account. I love google, and I love AdSense. It’s amazing how simple it is to sign up. It offers such a simple solution for anyone who is looking to work at home and earn an extra income. I learned this strategy from my brother. Eventually I caved, signed up and added it to my personal blog. The results were exciting! I was making money blogging!
Google AdSense can be easily added to any blog or website. Perhaps you are even running a blogspot. If so, the set up is easier than stealing candy from a baby. I love it! I know you will too. Set aside a handful of minutes to learn how Google AdSense works, then you’ll be geared up for the next task: adding the ads to your blog.
I wish I had known about this great way to work at home and earn extra income years ago. But, as they say, better late than never!
Okay, let’s talk set-up. If you are ready to add AdSense To Your Wordpress Blog, here are 5 Easy Steps to do so:
1) Once logged into your administration page for Wordpress, go to your left sidebar of your dashboard.
2) On the left sidebar you will see a link titled “Appearance”. Click this link and you will then be given another list of links.
3) On that list will be a section called “Widgets”
4) There will be a widget titled “Text”. Drag this section titeld “text” to the right hand column where your laytout is displayed. Drop the text box in the area you want your Google Adsense to be displayed.
5) Copy & Paste your AdSense Code and save. It should only take a few minutes, then your Ads will be viewable!
That’s it! Your on your way to work at home success! Gotta love the different strategies and principles that you can apply to your website. Work at home success comes by various stages, this being one of the best. Remember, don’t expect to become a millionare overnight…all success comes with time and effort. Eventually you will reap the benefit of your hard work.
