Whoa! It has been insane around here. I was a bit behind in every area of life. But the exciting news? My sporadic posting days are over. We officially have INTERNET at home! Believe it or not, I was doing all my work from coffee shops. Crazy? Yes. But hey, I made extra cash, so it was worth it right? ((and i hear the audience yelling OF COURSE!
just kidding))
Now, I’m excited to put to work all the new lessons that I’ve been learning. New marketing strategies, ideas and concepts. I’ll try to write a post on each as I work through them.
For now, I’m trying to make an outline of new goals of this website and put them to test. I thought I should go ahead and share them with you…wouldn’t that help me keep accountable for my work at home business?
Goals To Accomplish by 9-12-09
1) Write 4 new posts!
2) Meet 10 new bloggers!
3) Submit at least 1 article on-line for another blog.
4) Read a book on marketing strategies. (suggestions are welcome!)
5) Find other work at home entrepreneurs and get new tips and strategies.
6)Find at least one book on work at home opportunities and get new insight.
Not too much, but enough to keep me super busy.
Like I said I was earning money through my blogs, without having internet myself. Such a misconception that you MUST have certain things to make a work at home business. Not true, I say. If you find ways to make a work at home business without the traditional set up, more power to you! In fact, that would probably bring up some interesting conversation, no?
A great work at home technique that I’ve been working with is Twitter. I didn’t think that twitter could bring you traffic. The short of it, I was simply wrong. I’ve met lots of new bloggers that were introduced to my blog. Better yet, I was introduced to other work at home bloggers that have helped me along in my journey.
So far the benefits of my work at home business has been the flexibility. I have control over when, where, and why I work. I can work long hours, or take off for the weekend. Having more control leaves me with the freedom to spend more time with family and friends. Not to mention other areas of life that help mold and shape my life.
Even better, I make extra money with my work at home business even when I’m sleeping. Long after my computer is turned off and I’m tucked in for the night, my blogs and website still make extra money! Once I have my basics in place and put to work, the hard work in turns really does pay off. And I love it!
Keep working towards your own goals of work at home lifestyle! Let your hard work reward you in the long run and enjoy the life of your dreams! One step at a time, there’s no need to rush…you’ll find your work at home business successful in no time!

I was going to dig through all my books and information and list a few here for you, but I think it would be much easier just send you to my blog page that has a bunch of my recommended resources.

I hope you find something to help you out there.
Those are really good goals to have set. Not too hard to get, but will definitely help you grow. I still need to make a guest post on another goal. I’ll put that on my list.
Nothing can’t stop those that want to succeed. Keep up the great work.
